Walk pain-free again — minimally invasive, in-office, board-certified
From the moment you arrive to the moment you walk out, here is exactly what happens — no surprises.
The corrective work itself takes about 45 minutes. The rest is anesthesia onset, imaging, and post-op observation.
You arrive in comfortable clothes. Our team reviews your medical history, takes vitals, and walks you through the day.
A small amount of local anesthetic is administered around the foot. You stay awake and alert — no sedation, no breathing tube.
Through a few millimeter-sized incisions, Dr. Groysman uses specialized microsurgical instruments under live fluoroscopic (X-ray) imaging to realign the joint and stabilize the correction with small internal screws. You feel pressure but no pain.
The incision is closed with a single absorbable suture and covered with a sterile dressing. You are fitted for a surgical sandal and given a written recovery plan.
You leave under your own power, in your surgical sandal. Most patients drive themselves home. We follow up with a phone check-in that evening.
Pre-op imaging at our office. Pause aspirin and certain anti-inflammatories per your written plan.
Light dinner. No alcohol. Wash the foot with antibacterial soap. Get a good night of sleep.
Eat a normal breakfast — local anesthesia means you can. Wear loose pants. Skip nail polish on the affected foot.
ID, insurance card, list of current medications, and a comfortable bag with a book or headphones.
You'll meet Dr. Groysman, see your foot on his screen, and walk out with a clear answer about whether you need surgery, when, and what it'll cost. No pressure, no follow-up sales calls — that's not how we work.
Most new patients get on the calendar within 3 business days.
We run your benefits before you arrive so the conversation is real.
